If you are mailing us your photos...

Please make sure you have your photos in order with the photos numbered on the back. Please do not put any tape or post-it on the front of your photo, it could damage the photo. Make sure the number is stuck tight to the back so that it does not come off during it's journey to kmi-design!

We do not return CD or DVDs that you send us. If you would like them returned to you please let us know. We will return them when we give you your video slideshow.

If you are sending us actual photos, the cost of returning them is included with the package you choose. We will send them back to you when we send you your final video slideshow.

By email

Due to the file size of your digital photos, we cannot accept photos by email unless you have software that zips the file. We will be happy to talk with you about this if this is your preferred method.

By uploading/ftp

If you are really savvy, you can upload your photos to our sever. Contact us if this is your preferred method.
