What is an open?

An open is simply the beginning of your video. Once you click play, this is the animation that we create special just for you. It can contain the copy you would like, and we can create something unique and special for you.

Can we incorporate video from a VHS tape or DVD?

At this time we can only use video from a DVD.

Will my DVD have a custom menu?

Yes. We will use your pictures and titles.

I'm worried about my photos getting lost. How do I know I will get them returned?

We take great care of your photos and have never lost anyone's photos. We do ask you to sign a legal waiver for photos being sent via mail since that is out of our hands.

What if I want to make changes to my video?

We try our best to create a video that is just what you are looking for. We will discuss with you before we create our unique animations to suit your wants and needs. Due to time constraints we cannot make changes to the order of your photos. This is why it is so important to make sure the photos are in order when you send them to us.
