Once we receive your files, we can typically finish your video in about two weeks. There are busy seasons in which it typically takes us three weeks to finish your video. In order to ensure the we can finish your video as quickly as possible follow these steps:

1. Make sure all of your photos are numbered sequentially 001.jpg, 002.jpg etc. without any letters or other punctuation, and that they are all in one folder.

2. Make sure to fill out an order form indicating which music goes with which photos, and any special touches you would like included in your video.

We can do rush orders but extra fees apply.

After we finish your video, you should receive your final DVD and files within a week
